Because our products are handmade and many are made-to-order or customized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll work with you to make it right.
